I didn't feel it necessary to be accosted with a girl screaming in my face..."HELLO WELCOME TO ROSS!!!". She was screaming at all customers...we could hear her all the back in the dressing room!!! It was way too extra. Just chill out...No one needs to be greeted with ear shattering screams.
