I had a really good experience at Mattress Firm. Both Randy and Jeremy were knowledgeable and good listeners. They steered me towards the bed that would be best for my needs. I went in four times before I finally bit the bullet and bought a Tempurpedic. I was never given a sales pitch but rather just a good education on each type bed. I love my new bed!! Thanks Jeremy and Randy!!

With great pleasure we say RANDY HAMM ROCKS at Sleep Train Warrenton, and we so appreciate his superb customer service, expertise, and willingness to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our selection and quality of life (sleep!). The store itself is beautiful, clean, and full of such a wide range of choices. Never before have we had such a pleasant and value-added experience buying something for our home. Well done Randy and well done Sleep Train. We'll be back soon to fill our other 3 bedrooms!
